5 workshops ranging from 398 – 850 sqft and 24 offices ranging from 183 – 581 sqft located over two floors. All with B1 use (office and light industrial).
Workshops (all ground floor) have gas heating and external doors for loading. Offices (ground floor) have wider personnel doors to allow for light industrial use. The first floor offices have single personnel door and gas heating. Communal toilets, kitchens and shower facilities. Lighting – LED with PIR detection. External area – loading zones, on-site parking, EV car charge points. Soft landscaping to the boundary.
VAT is payable. Business rates are not included. Small business rate relief (SBRR) can be applied for with East Riding of Yorkshire Council.
