What you will cover:

The session covers real-world application, demonstrating how AI can support key areas such as marketing, content creation, customer communication, and general business efficiency. The session also will see how tools like Copilot can help save time, generate ideas, and improve consistency, making day-to day operations more effective and less time-consuming.
You will also explore the limitations, risks, and responsibilities of using AI. This includes understanding where human input remains essential, recognising issues such as bias and over-reliance, and applying ethical and responsible AI principles.

A strong focus of the workshop is hands-on learning. Participants will actively use Copilot to create content, test prompts, and explore practical business scenarios such as writing marketing plans, social media posts, and emails.
