These free sessions are open to businesses based in Hull & East Yorkshire and are held at various locations across the region. Each workshop lasts between 2 to 3 hours and covers vital areas including Marketing, Finance, Legal Compliance, and Business Planning.

This workshop offers a clear overview of the legal framework and compliance issues involved in running a business. From choosing the right legal structure to understanding employer responsibilities, this session will help you stay compliant and confident.

By the end of this session, you will be able to:

• Identify required insurance, licenses or qualifications
• Understand key Health & Safety obligations
• Learn what’s involved in becoming an employer
• Consider data protection and GDPR compliance
• Understand basic consumer protection, IP and trademarks
