Invest East Yorkshire Business Centres Reach 92% Average Occupancy

Business centres managed by Invest East Yorkshire have achieved an impressive average occupancy rate of 92%, highlighting the ongoing demand for high-quality business accommodation across the region.

Since 1998, East Riding of Yorkshire Council has supported local enterprise through a network of business centres offering flexible office and workshop space. Designed with the needs of start-ups and growing SMEs in mind, the centres provide easy-in, easy-out leasing options, allowing businesses to scale up or down with ease.
