You’ll start building your own Strategic Growth Action Plan based on:
A simple SWOT analysis (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats).

Challenges and opportunities you face.
Your plan will include practical, achievable goals for key areas such as:
Growing sales and reaching new customers.
Marketing your business effectively.
Building a strong team.
Improving day-to-day operations.
Managing finances better.
Using technology to work smarter.
Important Details:
The workshop is free but spaces are limited to just 10 businesses.
Each business can bring up to 2 people (please email us at business.support@eastriding.gov.uk if you’re bringing a second person).
You’ll need to attend both sessions, so only sign up if you can commit to both dates.
Ideally your business will have been in operation for 1+ years
