The Site
The Goole Freeport South site is an integral part of the expansive Goole Freeport tax site, spanning both the north and south of the M62 motorway. St John’s College, Cambridge, holds ownership of the southern section and is pursuing planning consent for its development. This project is part of the broader Humber Freeport Zone, a government-approved Freeport bid as of March 2021.
